22nd Annual General Meeting

The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Finance Limited was held yesterday, September 29, Sunday evening at a local hotel. Foreign shareholders were present through online. Chairman of the company Asif Zahir presided over the meeting and among the directors Maruf Akhtar Mannan, Md. Abdul Mannan Bhaiyan, Fahima Mannan, Arifa Kabir, Independent Director Yaweer Saeed and Managing Director of the company Irteza Ahmed Khan and CFO (Acting) Kamal Uddin were present.  Ridwan Mannan and Rozina Yasmin Kabir have been elected as directors. The event was introduced by Company Secretary Abu Zakir Ahmed.
