LEASE FINANCE

Lease Finance for procuring capital machinery.

Lease Period: 2 – 5 years payable on monthly rental basis

Extent of Finance: 80% of the acceptable value of the leasable machinery.

Collateral free limit: up to BDT 2.5 million

Rate of interest: 10% p.a.

TERM LOAN

Term loan to meet long / medium term capital expenditure that includes both fixed and working capital requirement.

Amount of Finance: BDT 0.50 million to 5.00 million

Loan Period: 2 – 5 years

Collateral free limit: up to BDT 2.5 million

Rate of interest: 10% p.a.

WORKING CAPITAL LOAN

Working capital loan to small and medium enterprise to meet recurring business expenses.

Extent of Finance: Maximum 70% of additional working capital requirement.

Loan Period: As per business cycle of the enterprise but not exceeding 12 months.

Mode of repayment: Monthly or quarterly installment basis.

Collateral free limit: up to BDT 2.5 million

Rate of interest: 10% p.a.
