Kazi Dilruba Akter joined National Finance Limited as Senior Assistant Vice President in June, 2017. Recently she has been promoted to Vice President and currently working as the Head of Business. Ms. Dilruba started her career in MIDAS Financing Limited and served there for six and a half years at different positions. She has over seventeen Years of financial services experience and held various management positions in credit & investment, corporate finance, retail finance and SME finance.
She did her Masters in Economics and did MBA in Finance. She has attended a number of trainings, seminars and workshops.
Pursuant to Bangladesh Bank circular letter no. DFIM 13/2011, dated; 02-08-2011, National Finance Limited has formed a "Complaint Cell" and nominated the following persons at Head office for smooth resolve of the complaint of the customers.
