Mr. Abu Shaleh Mohammed Shameem joined National Finance Ltd. as Head of Human Resources in June 2024. With over 24 years of experience in the banking industry, he began his career as a Management Trainee at James Finlay BD Ltd. in 1999. Throughout his career, Mr. Shameem has worked in key roles at BRAC Bank, United Finance, and several multinational companies in the USA and UK. He earned an MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an Adjunct Faculty member at several esteemed public and private Universities. He was a founding Joint Secretary of the HR Club of Bangladesh.
Before joining National Finance, he served as Head of Human Resources at United Finance and was a member of the Management Committee.
Pursuant to Bangladesh Bank circular letter no. DFIM 13/2011, dated; 02-08-2011, National Finance Limited has formed a "Complaint Cell" and nominated the following persons at Head office for smooth resolve of the complaint of the customers.
