Mr. Mohammad Iqbal Hossain has joined National Finance Limited as Additional Managing Director on June 2021. Prior to that he was the Senior Executive Vice President & Head of SME Business of United Commercial Bank Limited since October 2017. Before joining United Commercial Bank, Mr Iqbal was engaged as Consultant with Economic Research Group in SME related projects funded by EU, DFID & UNCDF. Mr. Iqbal worked in The Premier Bank Limited as SEVP & Head of SME, Retail Banking & Agricultural Credit for 5 Years between July 2011 - July 2016. He has started his career & served in the Consumer Banking of Standard Chartered Bank for the period between March 2001 - June 2011 in different positions and capacity including Sales Management, Branch Banking, SME Product Development, Portfolio Management & various Retail products.
He also actively participated in many national level programs related to SME, Women Entrepreneurship & Agricultural Credit. Mr. Iqbal attended a good number of trainings, workshops and seminars at home and abroad during his long professional career. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Management from Chittagong University.
Pursuant to Bangladesh Bank circular letter no. DFIM 13/2011, dated; 02-08-2011, National Finance Limited has formed a "Complaint Cell" and nominated the following persons at Head office for smooth resolve of the complaint of the customers.
