Pulak Chaudhuri is the Head of Strategic Planning & Transformation at National Finance Limited (NFL), where he has been a key member of the leadership team since joining in 2018 as the Head of Operations. With extensive experience across Credit Risk Management (CRM), Loan and Deposit Operations, and Board Secretariat functions, Pulak plays a pivotal role in driving NFL's growth and transformation initiatives.

Prior to his tenure at NFL, Pulak built a distinguished career at Bangladesh Finance PLC, where he held several senior leadership roles, including Head of Credit Risk Management, Head of Credit Administration, Head of Corporate Relationship Management, and Company Secretary. His career also includes valuable experience from his time at IPDC Finance PLC and Brac Bank PLC.

Pulak earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the prestigious Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.
