The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Finance Limited (NFL) was held on 03 December, 2022 at Sheraton Dhaka. The meeting was chaired by the company’s Chairman Mr. Md. Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan. Vice Chairman Mr. Inamul Haq Khan, Director Mrs. Roushan Akter, Director Mr. Maruf Akter Mannan, Director, Ms. Fahima Mannan, Independent Director Mr. Yawer Sayeed and Managing Director Mr. Saifuddin M Naser were present among others. A number of shareholders and management committee members of the company also attended the meeting. The Chairman highlighted the key figures of the Financial statements of the company for the year ended as on 31 December, 2021 and expressed his hope for future well-being and prospect of the company.

National Finance Limited (NFL) donated to PFDA – Vocational Training Centre as part of their CSR Activities of the Company on Thrusday, December 01, 2022. The donation was handed over to Ms. Sajida Rahman Danny Founder Chairman of PFDA. Mr. Saifuddin M Naser, Managing Director of NFL also present.
PFDA – Vocational Training Centre (PFDA-VTC) is providing learning opportunity and promotes methods to empower young adult and adults with autism and neuro developmental disabilities so that they utilize their potentials and take part in mainstream society and in cases, may obtain independence. This Center is the first ever-such initiatives in Bangladesh. PFDA and it’s dedicated team is on the journey of creating a remarkable platform for the differently abled children. As part of their programs, they have organized a painting Competition among differently able children which have been showcased in their gallery.

The donation was handed over to Mr. Kazi Delwar Hossain, Joint Secretary, Director of Prime Minster Education Assistance Trust. Among others, Ms. Afrida Ahsan, Head of business of NFL, Mr. Md. Mazharul Islam, Head of HR of NFL and other official of Prime Minster Education Assistance Trust were present.
